摘 要:基于金属矿山赋存和开采方式等特点,对金属矿岩地压显现特征进行分析,提出金属矿山地压在线监测预警系统的实施原则。以程潮铁矿为工程背景,采用以高精度钢弦式应力计为基础的采场压力监测系统,并辅以顶板离层、两帮收敛监测,实现采场地压的在线监测及预警功能。综合考虑矿岩地质条件、岩体力学试验、开采历史、三维仿真计算、监测信息等多重因素及分析方法对采场地压活动规律进行总结归纳,从而实现程潮铁矿地压活动的全面安全监控。Based on the characters of occurrence and mining method in metal mine, the pressure behavior of metal mine exploit was analyzed, and then the implementation principles suit for metal mining ground pressure monitoring and warning system were presented. Taken the Chengchao Iron as an engineering background, the monitoring system consists of stope stress, roof separation and tunnel convergence. In order to achieve comprehensive security monitoring metal mine pres- sure activity, many research methods were adopted, such as geological conditions of the ore body, rock mechanics test, mining history, three-dimensional simulation, monitoring information of ground pressure.
