内补外消法治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化40例

摘　　要：目的 :应用内补外消法治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化。方法 :采用单盲对比法将患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 4 0例 ,予三参口服液、复方紫河车胶囊口服和虫桃红液外敷。对照组 2 0例 ,按常规护肝治疗。结果 :治疗组的临床症状、肝功能指标、肝脏纤维化指标、肝脾B超指标均较治疗前有明显改善 ,且疗效优于对照组。结论 :内补外消法治疗血吸虫病肝纤维化不仅疗效满意 ,还可减轻或防止药物不良作用。Objective:to evalute the curative effect of internal invigoration and external elimination therapy on schistosomal hepatic fibrosis.Method:60 patients with schistosomal hepatic fibrosis were divided into two groups by single blind method.40 patients were classified as therapeutic group,offered Sanshen oral liquid,compound Human Placenta capsule and compound Zhechongtaohong liquid,while 20 patients were served as control group and given conventional liver protection treatment.Result:The symptoms,liver function indexes,hepatic fibrosis indexes and liver,spleen ultrasonic image improved greatly at the end of the therapy and its curative effect was superior to that of the control.Conclusion:The internal invigoration and external elimination was an effective therapeutic principle,and more,it had little side reaction.
