摘  要:采用傅里叶变换红外光谱(FTIR)法结合二阶导数和半定量分析对普通金花茶、毛瓣金花茶和龙州金花茶这3种金花茶叶片的红外光谱特征及其化学组分差异进行了研究。结果表明,3种金花茶组植物叶中均含有酚类、酯类或羧酸类、蛋白质、黄酮、皂苷、多糖类以及草酸钙等化学成分,但其同类化学组分在含量上存在一定差异,其中黄酮类物质含量最高的是毛瓣金花茶,最低的是普通金花茶,皂苷和多糖类物质含量最高的是龙州金花茶,最低的是普通金花茶。因此,采用FTIR技术可以明显区分不同种质金花茶化学组分差异,为金花茶品质鉴定和种类鉴别提供理论依据。Infrared spectrum characteristic and the differences of chemical constituents of 3 kinds of Camellia sect.Chrysantha leaves including Camellia nitidissima,C.Pubipertala and C.Long Zhouensis were analyzed and compared by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FTIR)method combining with the secondary derivative infrared spectroscopy and semi-quantitative analysis.The results showed that there were same chemical constituents,such as phenols,esters or carboxylic acids,protein,flavonoids,saponins,polysaccharides and calcium oxalate in 3 kinds of Camellia sect.Chrysantha leaves,but there were the certain defferences for chemical constituents in contents,and C.Pubipertala had flavonoids in the highest,but that of Camellia nitidissima was lowest,while saponins and polysaccharides contents of C.LongZhouensis were highest,but that of Camellia nitidissima was lowest.FTIR technology can obviously distinguished the differences in chemical constituents of different kinds Camellia sect.Chrysantha,that can provide the theory basis for identification of quanlity and species of characterization of Camellia sect.Chrysantha.
