摘 要:采用特殊液相沉淀法制备纳米级的TiO2/SnO2复合粒子,对制备的纳米TiO2/SnO2采用XRD、TEM等手段进行了表征。用它做催化剂在日光下对甲基橙溶液进行了光催化实验。结果表明,纳米级TiO2/SnO2复合催化剂比纯TiO2的催化活性好,当SnO2摩尔百分数为20%时效果最佳,在60min内对10mg/L的甲基橙水溶液的降解率高达90.2%,具有较好的光催化活性。The compound particles of nano TiO2/SnO2 were prepared by special liquid-phase precipitation method,that were characterized by XRD and TEM.The photo-catalytic activity of nano TiO2/SnO2 was studied by the degradation of methyl orange solution under the sun.The results indicated that nano TiO2/SnO2 composite catalyst had better photo-catalytic activity than pure nano TiO2,there was the optimal degradation effect when the mole percent of SnO2 was 20%,and the degradation rate of methyl orange solution can be up to 90.2% for the methyl orange concentration of 10mg/L within 60min with the relative photo-catalytic activity.
