摘　　要：建立了检测止咳中药制剂中非法掺入的化学止咳平喘药物色甘酸钠的方法。选用Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150mm,5μm),以甲醇:0.34%磷酸二氢钾=15:85(V/V)为流动相。根据所检测到化合物的色谱保留时间,并与对照品比较,鉴别中药制剂中非法掺入的色甘酸钠化学药物。本实验建立的条件能够把中药制剂中添加的化学药物(色甘酸钠)完全分离开来;对20个制剂用建立的分析技术进行了检测,经与相应的标准物质比较,20个样品均未含色甘酸钠。该方法选择性强,灵敏度高,可作为中药制剂中非法加入掺入化学药物成分色甘酸钠的有效检测手段。The method for the detection of cough medicines sodium cromoglycate mixed illegally in some cough preparations of traditional Chinese medicine（TCM） was established.The content of sodium cromoglycate was determined by HPLC on Agilent Eclipse XDB-C18（4.6mm×150mm,5μm） with methanol-0.34% potassium dihydrogen phosphate=15∶85（V/V） as mobile phase.According to the detected compound retention time,comparing with the reference substance,the chemical drug sodium cromoglycate that was mixed illegally into TCM preparation was identified.The established conditions could entirely separate the chemical medicine sodium cromoglycate that was added into TCM preparation.Through this method for the detection of 20 kinds preparations,the results were compared with the corresponding standard substances,and sodium cromoglycate was not obtained in the 20 kinds samples.The method has high selective and sensitive,that can be used as an effective way to detect illegal TCM preparation.
