摘 要:用水培法研究水芹在不同浓度Pb胁迫下,其生理特征及对重金属Pb的吸收特性。结果表明,水芹对低浓度铅胁迫有一定的耐性,在Pb浓度为10mg.L-1时,水芹耐性指数最大,是对照组的110%,在Pb处理下,水芹的平均耐性指数为88%.与对照组相比,随着Pb胁迫浓度的增加,水芹体内丙二醛(MDA)含量和相对电导率升高;叶绿素含量、过氧化氢酶(CAT)和过氧化物酶(POD)活性在Pb浓度为10mg.L-1时有一定的升高,超过此浓度后活性显著下降。随着Pb胁迫浓度的增加,Pb在水芹体内的积累量显著增加,其中在Pb胁迫浓度为150mg.L-1时,水芹根部和地上部分的Pb积累量分别达到1454.38mg.kg-1和702.81mg.kg-1。同时,水芹对Pb的转运能力较强,平均转运系数为0.47,应引起重视。The physiological feature of Oenanthe javanica and the absorption characteristic of Oenanthe javanica on heavy metal lead were investigated by water planting method with stress of different lead concentrations.The results showed that Oenanthe javanica had the certain tolerance effect on the stress of low concentration of lead,and the maximum tolerance index of Oenanthe javanica was 110 percentage of the control group when concentration of lead was 10mg·L-1,under the treatment of lead,the average tolerance index of Oenanthe javanica was 88%.Compared with the control group,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) in Oenanthe javanica and the relative conductivity increased along with the increasing of lead stress concentration.When concentration of lead was 10mg·L-1,the activities of catalase(CAT) and peroxidase(POD) had the certain increase with the increase of chlorophyll,but the activities obviously decreased with the lead concentration greater than 10mg·L-1.The accumulation amount of lead in Oenanthe javanica obviously increased along with increasing of lead stress concentration,when the stress concentration of lead was 150mg·L-1,the accumulation amounts of lead in root and overground part of Oenanthe javanica were respectively 1454.38mg·kg-1 and 702.81mg·kg-1.Meanwhile,the transport capacity of Oenanthe javanica on lead was relatively strong,and the average transport coefficient was 0.47,that should be paid a close attention.
