摘 要:采用紫外分光光度法测定了不同月份忽地笑鳞茎中总生物碱含量,为确定适宜的采收时间提供实验依据。结果表明,忽地笑鳞茎中总生物碱含量随生长发育时期或月份不同存在一定差异,其中11月的最高,12月次之,1月的最低,最高值与最低值相比,约为2.6倍,差异达极显著水平(P<0.01)。精密度、稳定性实验及回收率等方法学考察表明,紫外分光光度法测定忽地笑鳞茎中总生物碱含量效果好,稳定性强,方法可靠。综合忽地笑鳞茎中总生物碱含量、中药材产量和土地利用率等因素考虑,以11月底前后采收比较适宜。The contents of total alkaloid in the bulb of Lycoris aurea in different months in a year were studied by UV spectrophotometry in order to provide the experimental basis for optimum producing period.The results showed that there were the certain differences in contents of the total alkaloids in Lycoris aurea in growth and development period or different mouths,which of them was the highest in November,that in December the second,and that in January was the lowest.As compared with the lowest content,the highest content was 2.6 times.The difference reached the extremely significant level(P0.01).The results of precision,stability and recovery experiments showed that the effects of the determination of the contents of total alkaloids in Lycoris aurea determined by UV spectrophotometry were very well with good stabilities,and the mothod was credible.Considering the factors of total alkaloids content in Lycoris aurea,yield and the utilization rate of land,it is suitable to harvest the bulbs of Lycoris aurea for extracting total alkaloids at the end of November.
