摘  要:通过蒸渗测坑在小麦抽穗开花期设置4种不同模式的涝渍处理,来研究不同涝渍胁迫下,小麦净光合速率(Pn)、蒸腾速率(Tr)、气孔导度(Gs)和胞间CO2浓度(Ci)等生理指标的日变化规律。试验结果表明:农田水位调控对小麦生理指标有显著的影响,且不同处理下生理指标变化趋势存在差异性。在抽穗开花期内,轻微的渍水胁迫对小麦生理指标产生有利影响,使其保持在较高水平。较严重的涝渍胁迫会导致净光合速率等生理指标较大幅度的下降,在小麦抽穗开花期内要尽量避免出现这种情况。On the basis of wheat irrigation technology and the influence of waterlogging physiology, farmland water logged experi- ment with four different modalities is performed to analyze the diurnal variation of physical signs such as net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration under different water logging stress conditions. The ex- periment results indicate that the water-controlled has a significant impact on net photosynthetic rate, and there exist differences a- mong different trends. In the heading and flowering stage, the slight waterlogging is advantageous to net photosynthetic rate, tran spiration rate, stomatal conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration, so they can maintain a high level. Yet the severe water stress inhibits net photosynthetic rate, transpiration rate, stomata conductance and intercellular CO2 concentration, it is significant to avoid such a situation in the heading and flowering stage.
