摘　　要：介绍了2007—2010年以来WDXRF光谱仪在中国地质行业的应用现状及进展,包括仪器研制,地球化学样品微量元素的测定(粉末压片),多种类型地质样品中主、次元素的测定(熔片技术),各种类型铁矿石样品主、次元素的测定(熔片技术),矿物中多种金属成分的测定。The paper introduces the situations of WDXRF application in China＇s geology field during the period 2007 -2010 and its developing process including device development, measurement of trace elements in geochemical samples（pressed powder）, measurement of major and minor elements in various geological samples（fused piece）, measurement of major and minor elements in various iron ore samples（ fused piece） and measurement of polymetallic components in minerals.
