摘 要:为探求车辆行驶时外部激励对发动机外平衡的影响,结合车辆行驶时发动机工作特点,以发动机横、纵中心截面相对振动位移作为评价指标,以路况、挡位和车速作为考察参数,在2种差异较大的路况上进行了2挡和3挡多车速道路试验,并根据DoE方差分析法对试验结果进行定量分析。分析结果表明,发动机外平衡受车速和路况影响较大,受挡位影响较小;各参数的交互作用对纵向外平衡影响显著,对横向外平衡影响不显著。To investigate the effect of outer excitation on engine external balancing, muhi-speed road test with 2 gear and 3 gear were carried out in two quite different road conditions in consideration of engine working characteristic when the vehicle is in motion, with engine horizontal vibration center section displacement and vertical vibration center section displacement as evaluation indicators, road condition, gear and vehicle speed as study parameters, and quantitative analysis was made to test method using DoE variance analysis method. The analysis results indicate that vehicle speed and road condition play a significant impact on engine external balancing, while the gear play less significant effect, the interaction of those parameters play a Sign!ficant effect on longitudinal external balance, and play a less significant effect on transverse external balance.
