摘　　要：在三网融合的大背景下,针对有线数字电视业务开展中的数字媒体版权保护问题,提出了采用视频水印技术进行内容监测的解决方案。首先简单介绍了视频水印技术的概况和基本原理,然后详细阐述了视频水印技术在数字电视系统中各监测节点的具体应用方案。In the context of the tri-network integration, according to the digital media copyright protection in the digital cable TV operations, a solution of using the digital video watermarking for content monitoring is proposed. Firstly, the principle of video watermarking technology is briefly introduced. Then, its applications in digital television monitoring are discussed in detail.
