摘  要:目的观察玉屏风散和甲型链球菌预防病原菌乙型链球菌侵袭小鼠上呼吸道,调节上呼吸道微生态平衡的情况。方法分别对上呼吸道菌群失调小鼠灌胃给玉屏风散或灌胃给玉屏风散加口咽部滴注甲型链球菌7d,再以乙型链球菌口咽部滴注攻击3d,检测小鼠上呼吸道在不同时间点的菌群密集度、甲型链球菌数量、菌群多样性。结果玉屏风散可调节小鼠口咽部菌群平衡,维持其多样性,增强机体对病原菌乙链的抵抗能力。如同时辅以甲链,可在一定程度上增强这种作用。结论玉屏风散单用或配合微生态制剂合用均可作为临床用药治疗上呼吸道感染的良好选择。Objective To observe the situation of Yupingfeng San and α-Hemolytic streptococcus to prevent bacteria β-hemolytic Streptococcus invasion,and to adjust micro-ecological balance of mice upper respiratory tract.Methods Flora imbalance in the upper respiratory tract of mice were respectively fed with Yupingfeng or Yupingfeng San plus α-Hemolytic streptococcus by oropharyngeal infusion for 7 days.Then to attack mice by β-hemolytic Streptococcus oropharyngeal infusion for 3 days.To test flora Density,α-Hemolytic streptococcus quantity,flora diversity in the upper respiratory tract flora of mice at different time points.Results Yupingfengsan could adjust flora balance in oropharyngeal of mice,maintained its diversity,and enhanced the body's resistance to β-Hemolytic streptococcus.If supplemented by α-Hemolytic streptococcus,this effect could be enhanced in a certain extent.Conclusion Yupingfeng San alone or with probiotics in combination,can serve as a good choice of the upper respiratory tract infection in clinic.
