足跟部软组织缺损的31例临床分析

摘　　要：目的探讨腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣临床应用意义,为临床提供参考。方法回顾性分析本院2006年2月～2012年2月烧伤整形科收治的31例足跟部软组织缺损患者,采用腓肠神经营养血管蒂逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复术,对手术技巧及其临床疗效进行分析。结果本研究的31例患者,其中28例术后皮瓣完全成活,3例皮瓣远端部分坏死,经二期植皮后痊愈。连续跟踪随访2年,观察皮瓣弹性、血运、质地均表现良好。结论足跟部软组织缺损的较好的修复方法是腓肠神经营养血管逆行岛状筋膜皮瓣修复术。Objective To explore sural nerve nutrient vessels of the flap clinical application meaning,to provide reference for clinical.Methods Thirty one cases on heel with soft tissue defect were retrospective analysed from February 2006 to February 2012,the sural nerve nutrition vascular pedicle retrograde island faciocutaneous flap for heel with the skin and soft tissure defect,and its clinical effect of surgical techniques was analyzed.Results This study of 31 patients,28 cases of skin flap survival after completely,3 cases of skin flap distal necrosis,the second phase debridement graft wound healing.All patients were followed up for 2 years flap,elastic,quality of a material blood supply were good.Conclusion Sural nerve nutrient vessels of the retrograde island faciocutaneous flap design is heel with soft tissue defect of the good repair methods.
