桑杏清肺汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察桑杏清肺汤联合孟鲁司特治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的疗效。方法选择100例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿为研究对象,将其随机分为治疗组与对照组各50例,治疗组给予桑杏清肺汤和孟鲁司特治疗,对照组给予常规内科治疗,疗程为3个月,随访1年。结果治疗组痊愈46例,占92%;显效2例,占4%;有效2例,占4%;无效0例,占0%;总有效率为100%。对照组痊愈33例,占66%;显效4例,占8%;有效4例,占8%;无效9例,占18%;总有效率为82%。两组之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘采用桑杏清肺汤联合孟鲁司特治疗,治愈率高,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Sangxingqingfeitang joint Montelukast in Children with cough variant asthma.Methods One hundred cases of children with cough variant asthma were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Sangxingqingfeitang joint Montelukast was administered to 50 patients in treatment group,the routine therapy was given to 50 patients in control group for 3 months,the follow-up was 1 year.Results In treatment group,46 cases （92%） were cured;2 patients （4%） demonstrated to be marked improvement;2 patients （4%） with improvement;0 patient （0%） with no response;the total rate of effects was 100%.In control group,33 cases （66%） were cured;4 patients （8%） demonstrated to be marked improvement;4 patients （8%） with improvement;9 patients （18%） with no response;the total rate of effects was 82%.There was significant difference in total rate of effects between two groups.Conclusion The treatment of Sangxinqingfei Tang joint Montelukast in children with cough variant asthma has high efficiency,is worthy to recommending in clinical use.
