摘　　要：目的探讨胃左动脉化疗加栓塞治疗高龄贲门癌的疗效。方法对本院2008年2月～2011年2月25例高龄贲门癌进行胃左动脉动脉化疗加栓塞治疗,并跟踪随访。结果本组25例中17例完全有效(CR),占68.0%;4例部分缓解(PR),占16.0%;3例好转(MR+SD),占12.0%;1例病变进展(PD),占4.0%。有效(CR+PR)率为84.0%。结论胃左动脉动脉化疗加栓塞治疗高龄贲门癌疗效可靠,创伤小,安全性高,不失为治疗高龄贲门癌的一种重要微创手段,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of left gastric artery embolization chemotherapy for senile cardia cancer.Methods Twenty-five cases of senile cardia cancer with treatment of left gastric artery embolization chemotherapy in our hospital from February 2008 to February 2011 were collected and followed up.Results In this group of 25 cases,17 cases （68.0%） were CR,4 cases （16.0%） were PR,3 cases （12.0%） were MR＋SD,and 1 case （4%） was PD.Efficient for CR＋PR were 84.0%.Conclusion The method of left gastric artery embolization chemotherapy to treat the senile cardia cancer is effect,small trauma,high safety,and can yet be regarded as an important minimally invasive means for cardia cancer,which is worthy of clinical application.
