摘 要:为探究RAC(再生混凝土)与钢筋的粘结性能,选取最具代表性的旧房拆迁、高强桩基、市政工程、科学研究等四种废混凝土,经加工而成相应粗骨料,并考虑四种取代率、二种矿物掺合料、二种等级和三种直径的钢筋,采用正交试验法,制作17组试件。经拔出试验,分别测出最大平均粘结强度。结果表明:影响RAC最大平均粘结强度的主要因素依次为钢筋等级、再生粗骨料取代率、再生粗骨料来源、钢筋直径、矿物掺合料。To study the effect of recycled coarse aggregates of different origins on recycled concrete, four typical sources of recycled concrete, such as old house dismantlement, high-strength pile, municipal engineering and scientific research, are chosen in the study. The four kinds of waste concrete are broken into four kinds of recycled coarse aggregates. Meanwhile, four kinds of replacement ratio, two mineral admixtures, steel bars of two strength grades and three diameters are considered. Through the method of orthogonal test, 17 groups of Bond anchorage specimens are compounded. Through the center pull-out tests, the maximum average bond strengths are measured respectively, then compared and analyzed. Results show that the strength grade of steel bars is the most main factor which influences the maximum average bond strength of the recycled concrete, while the recycled coarse aggregate replacement ratio is the second. The recycled coarse aggregate origin, the diameter of steel bars and the mineral admixture all have low effect on the maximum average bond strength of the recycled concrete.
