摘  要:对南京地区某钢筋混凝土框架—砌体墙平面混合结构校舍的抗震鉴定过程进行了介绍,提出可偏安全地按砌体结构进行抗震鉴定,并对该建筑的加固方案进行了讨论,指出可将其改造为翼缘框架柱框架结构,形成二道抗震防线,为类似工程提供参考。In this paper, the seismic appraisal of RC frame-masonry wall plane composite structure for a school building in Nanjing is introduced. To be on the safe side, it is proposed that this kind of composite structure be regarded as masonry structure during its seismic appraisal process. The strengthening methods of this building are also discussed. Suggestion is put forward that this building could be transformed into flange frame column structure, which forms double seismic defensive lines. And it may serve as a basic reference for similar projects.
