摘　　要：目的 :建立用HPLC法测定辛伐他汀及其片剂含量的方法。方法 :采用AlltimaODS柱 ( 2 5 0mm× 4 6mm) ,于 2 38nm下检测 ,流动相乙腈 0 1%磷酸 ( 6 0∶30 )。结果 :线性范围 0 5～ 5 μg(r =0 9998) ,最低检测限为0 3ng ,平均回收率为 99 1% ,RSD为 0 82 %。结论 :方法重现性好 ,准确度高 。OBJECTIVE:HPLC Was used to determine the contents of simvastatin METHODS: The column was Alltima ODS column 5 μm (250 mm×46 mm), the determination wavelength was 238 nm The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile01%phosphoric acid(60∶30) RESULTS: Calibration curve was linear over the range of 05～5μg(r=09998),the detection limit was 03 ng,the mean recovery and the relative standard deviation of simvastatin tablets were 991% and 082%(n=5),respectively CONCLUSION: The methed was sensitive ,accurate and rapid,it was suitable for quantitative determination and stability test
