摘　　要：微博作为一种网络技术构造下的信息平台,为政府与民众间就社会管理与服务的相关问题进行交流和互动提供了可能,因而微博问政遂成为推动政府适应网络时代所提供的信息环境的沟通手段。在信息技术时代,微博问政的兴起具有必然性和自身优势,亦有其作为政府和民众间公共事务沟通的局限性,因此,利用和引导微博这一载体更好地实现信息时代政府管理的改革与完善,将是政府的重要行为取向和方式选择。As an information platform based on Intemet technology, the micro - blogging provides the posslblhty ot commu- nication between the government and the society on issues of public management and service. In an era of information tech- nology like today, the growing micro - blogging interaction is unavoidable, with its own advantages and limitations as a communicating platform on public issues between government and society. It should be an important behavior preference and method choice for the government to use and guide the micro - blogging media for the reform and improvement of gov- ernment administration.
