劳动力转移机制与城市化经济运行目标

摘　　要：农村剩余劳动力稳定有序地向城市转移作为我国当前城市化经济运行的重要目标,因为中国城市发展转型,然而剩余劳动力是否向城市转移受制于AR、VR、UR三种收入的行为机制。为此,运用政策调节使城市化经济运行趋向充分就业就成为城市化经济运行的目标。The rural surplus labor Force transfers to the city steadily as an important goal of urbanization e- conomy operation in our country , which comply with the city development and transition, however, Surplus labor force is transferred to the city subjected to three income behavior mechanism ： AR, VR and UR. So Take this, according to the real effect of appearance on the labor force flow to the urbanization economy, this article apply the policy adjustment to the urbanization economy operation trend of sufficient obtain employ- ment to become city of economy operation target.
