摘　　要：光绪初年",丁戊奇荒"发生。江南绅士募集巨款,跨境赴华北赈灾,是为晚清义赈。李金镛是这批绅士中的代表性人物。他先后在苏北、山东和直隶主持赈务,对晚清义赈的兴起与发展起了重要的推动作用。During the early years of Emperor Guangxu, the Great Famine broke out in 1877 and 1878. The gentleman from Jiangnan raised large sums of money, and went to fief, which is considered the beginning of Charity Relief. Li Jin-yong was one Of the representative figures. He had presided over the rlief works in northern Jiangsu, Shandong and Zhili, which played an important role in promoting the rise and development of the late Qing Dynasty charity relief.
