摘 要:针对并联电池组性能的研究,开发了一套多功能电池管理系统。该电池管理系统的特点在于能够测量并联电池组里单体电池支路电流和计算单体SOC,同时还具备一般电池管理系统的电压采集、温度采集、通讯以及保护等功能。介绍的电池管理系统将突出其对并联电池组支路电流的测量,从硬件和软件方面介绍该电池管理系统,并介绍了电压通道校准的原理和方法。该电池管理系统已应用于并联电池组特性研究中和电池寿命测试平台里,给出了电池管理系统测得的并联电池的特性,介绍了电池寿命测试平台,并从中验证电池测试系统的功能和可靠性。For the research of paralleled battery characteristics, a new multi-functional battery management system (BMS) was developed, which could measure branch currents and calculate each paralleled battery's state-of-charge (SOC), and also could measure battery voltage and temperature, and communicate with other apparatus. The hardware and software structures of the BMS were introduced and its branch-current measured ability was highlighted in this paper. The voltage calibration principle and method were presented. Also, the results obtained in the paralleled battery characteristics research were discussed. At last, a battery life test platform was introduced, which validated the reliability and durability of BMS.
