摘　　要：从语言和文字的视角阐述国内外目录体系的文化差异,以及目录的语言/文字对规范检索点形式的影响,要注意将国际化与本地化相结合,将读者便利放在第一位。The article discussed the distinct cultural differences between catalogue systems in China and foreign countries, from view of the language/script. It pointed out that to establish an authorized access point of a name, language/script used by authorized access points should best suit to need of the users of catalogue and put the convenience of users the first. The internationalization and localization should also unify.
