摘　　要：总结清华大学图书馆特藏服务的经验,提炼出在特藏服务工作中实现文化传承与服务创新有机融合的三个层面:渗透教学科研,打造图书馆文化;开创品牌服务,传承校园精神;关注文化遗产,构建多元文化服务。The paper summarizes the experience in special collections service of the Tsinghua University Library, extracts three dimensions in special collection service on how to realize the organic integration of cultural heritage and service innovation： penetrating the teaching and research to build the library culture; creating services brand to inherit campus spirit and paying attention to cultural heritage to construct multicultural services.
