摘　　要：根据当前区域高校图书馆联合体导读服务工作现状,论述了联合体构建导读机制的必要性;以系统论为依据,从开放性、及时性和多样性三方面阐述了构建导读机制的基本原则,在此基础上,提出了构建信息公开、导读管理、咨询服务、馆员培训和协调沟通五项机制的主要内容。Based on the current status of reader guidance of regional college library consortium, this paper discussed the necessity of building the guidance mechanism of regional college library consortium. It started with the systematic theory and introduced the fundamental principles of constructing guidance nechanism from three aspects, which were openness, timeliness and diversity. Therefore, five correspondng mechanisms including information publicity, guidance management, advisory service, librarian training md communication were proposed.
