血清肿瘤相关物质在结肠癌术前术后的表达及其意义

摘　　要：目的探讨结肠癌患者术前术后血清肿瘤相关物质（TAM）的表达变化及其对结肠癌的临床意义。方法用TAM试剂盒检测36例结肠癌患者术前3d和术后2周的TAM表达，并对其与结肠癌生物学行为相关性进行分析。结果结肠癌患者术前术后TAM浓度发生变化，TAM浓度的变化与结肠癌的淋巴结转移情况、浆膜类型有关，而与组织学类型、肿瘤体积大小无相关性。结论TAM术前术后表达变化可以从总体上判断术后转移的淋巴结、周围组织浸润是否彻底清除，术后血清TAM表达降低多提示已彻底清除，升高多提示清除不彻底，变化不显著者应继续观察。Objective To study the changes and expression of serum tumor associated material （TAM） before and after operation and its relationship with colorectal carcinoma. Methods The expression levels of TAM before and after operation in 36 cases of eolorectal carcinoma were detected by TAM testing kit, and the relation between TAM expression and biological behavior of eoloreetal carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression levels of TAM before and after operation were different and the changes was correlated with lymph nodes metastasis and invasive depth, but was not correlated with histologic typing or tumor volume. Conclusions The degree of elimination of metastatic lymph nodes and invasive depth can be infered through the changes of TAM before and after operation in colorectal carcinoma.
