滨州市人民医院健康体检者高血糖检出率资料的分析研究

摘　　要：目的分析在滨州市人民医院检验科进行健康体检者中的高血糖检出率，为预防和治疗糖尿病提供科学依据。方法对2011年1月至2011年8月在滨州市人民医院检验科健康体检人员的报告资料进行统计学分析。结果①健康体检者中高血糖总检出率为4．71％，其中男性为4．91％，女性为4．50％。②男性61～70岁的糖尿病检出率最高为9．28％，而女性〉70岁这个年龄组的糖尿病检出率最高为10．64％。③女性绝经后高血糖者检出率明显高于绝经前。结论高血糖者的检出率随年龄的增大而增高，更年期前后内分泌的改变可能促进了糖尿病的发生。Objective To provide the scientific basis for prevention and treatment of diabetes by analyzing the detecting rate of hyperglycemia in the department of health examination in our hospital. Methods The report data of the health examination people in department of laboratory in our hospital, from January, 2011 to August, 2011 were analyzed. Results ①The detection rate of hyperglycemia was 4. 71%, among them, 4.91% for males, 4.50% for females. ②The highest detection rate of male with 61 -70 years old was 9.28%. The highest detection rate of female with years above 70 was 10. 64%. ③ The detection rate of hyperglycemia in female with postmenopausal period was higher than that in female with premenopausal period. Conclusions The detection rate of hyperglycemia increases with the age increases. Endocrine changes before and after menopause may contribute to the occurrence of diabetes.
