摘 要:目的系统分析发酵支原体和艾滋病病毒感染之间的关联性,并初步探讨发酵支原体对艾滋病病毒感染进程的影响。方法利用中英文电子数据库检索发酵支原体同艾滋病病毒/艾滋病关联性研究文献,使用随机效应模型进行评价。利用亚组和敏感性分析研究组间的异质性。结果纳入11篇文献,艾滋病病毒感染者发酵支原体检出率明显高于非艾滋病病毒感染者(比值比为4.47,95%可信区间1.41~14.15),但存在发表偏倚。亚组分析和敏感性分析均未支持上述结果。结论发酵支原体同艾滋病病毒之间的关联性有待研究。Objective To evaluate the association between mycoplasma fermentans and HIV and the effect of mycoplasma on the progression of HIV. Methods We searched electronic database to identify epidemiological studies on the association between mycoplasma fermentans and HIV infection and to evaluate them by random effect model. Subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis were used to consider the heterogeneity between included studies. Results Eleven studies meeting our criteria were identified and extracted. Results showed the detection rate of mycoplasma fermentans was significantly higher in HIV infected people than one in the control group (odds ratio=4.47, 95% confidence interval 1.41-14.15), but publication bias was found between them. Furthermore, subgroup analysis and sensitivity analysis did not support the positive result. Conclusion Future research is expected to explore the association between mycoplasma fermentans and HIV.
