摘　　要：期刊招标采购是图书馆期刊采购的一种新模式,为高校图书馆带来了切实的利益,同时也全面提高了高校图书馆期刊采购工作的水平。随着高校图书馆期刊招标采购的广泛应用,一些共性问题逐渐出现,其主要原因是期刊采购合同管理工作的缺失。针对期刊采购合同管理工作中出现的问题,中国海洋大学图书馆采取了以下几项措施:建立合同履约管理保证体系;调整采购策略,减少履约管理难度;完善图书馆内部工作机制,强化履约管理力度。The periodical bidding acquisition is a new mode of periodical acquisition,which brings tangible benefits for the university library and improves the acquisition level in an all-round way.With the periodical bidding acquisition becoming more widely available,some common problems have appeared in the work on account of lack of the contract management of periodical acquisition.For problems occured in the contract management of periodical acquisition,Ocean University of China Library has taken following measures： establishing the guarantee system of contract performance management;adjusting the acquisition strategy to reduce the difficulty of performance management;perfecting internal work mechanism of libraries to enhance the strength of performance management.
