摘 要:四川盆地普光气田是我国近年来发现的大型海相碳酸盐岩气田,具有高含硫化氢、中含二氧化碳、气藏埋藏深等特点,气田开发的投入产出关系有其特殊性,而目前对类似气藏投入产出特征的相关报道较少,研究认识其投入产出关系对于编制气田开发方案、确保气田开发取得最佳开发效果和经济效益具有重要意义。为此,通过该气田开发过程中投入产出的构成及其特征的分析,论述了钻井投资、采气工程投资、地面建设投资、净化处理厂投资及公用工程投资与气田开发的产量和井数的数学关系,分析总结了气田开发中边际产量和边际效益的递减规律,建立起了气田开发收益与井数和产量的关系模型,认识到了普光气田开发的产出和投入的非线性变化关系。利用这一规律,论证了普光气田开发的合理采气速度为4.4%,经济合理井距在1 000m左右,新井最低产量界限为(36.7~40.9)×104 m3/d,单井控制储量为(30.3~34.0)×108 m3。该研究成果为普光气田开发方案的编制提供了重要依据。Gas reservoirs in the Puguang Gas Field,Sichuan Basin,the largest marine carbonate gas field discovered recently in China,are characterized by a high content of H2S,a moderate content of CO2 and a great burial depth.The relation between input and output in this field is so special that no such available reference can be found on this subject for similar gas reservoirs like Puguang.So the input-output analysis of this field is of great significance to making development schemes,guaranteeing the highest economic profit and optimal development efficiency in this field.In view of this,through the analysis of the input-output structure and characteristics of each component,this paper discusses the mathematical relation between the input factors including investment in drilling,gas recovery engineering,surface construction,purification treatment plants,and utility system,and output factors including the relationship between the well productivity and well numbers in the field development.Moreover,the decline laws of marginal production and marginal benefit in the field development are summarized;the model is built of the relationship between the development profit and well number & productivity.From the above,it is concluded that the nonlinear relation is between the input and output in the development of the Puguang Gas Field.From this conclusion,the optimal gas recovery rate in this field is 4.4%,the cost-effective distance between wells is about 1000 m,the production limits of a new well is 36.7×104-40.9×104 m3/d,and the single-well controlled reserves are 30.3×108-34.0×108 m3.This study will provide important reference for making development schemes of development in the Puguang Gas Field.
