摘 要:目的:建立测定千柏鼻炎片中盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱含量的毛细管电泳法。方法:采用未涂层弹性融硅石英毛细管柱(67 cm×75μm,有效长度60 cm),以130 mmol·L-1Tris-HCl-60%(体积分数)甲醇(pH 9.27)为运行缓冲液,分离电压20 kV,重力进样10 s(高度15 cm),检测波长210 nm。以盐酸氯丙那林为内标。结果:盐酸麻黄碱、盐酸伪麻黄碱和盐酸甲基麻黄碱浓度分别在42.9~92.4,2.4~57.6,1.65~26.4 mg·L-1线性关系良好,3种有效成分的平均加样回收率依次为99.7%,98.4%,95.6%,方法精密度RSD依次为2.70%,2.76%,2.52%(n=6)。结论:方法简便、快速,结果准确可靠,可用于千柏鼻炎片中的质量控制。Objective: To establish the method for determinnation of ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride in Qianbai Biyan Pian by capillary elctrophoresis. Method: The separation was performed on a fused silica capillary of 67 cm × 75 μm (60 cm of effective elength). 130 mmol. L-1Tris-HC1-60% CH3OH (pH 9.27) was selected as the running buffer. The separation voltage was 20 kV. The samples was injected by gravity (10 s, 15 cm). The detection wavelength was 210 nm. Result: The linear range of determination for ephedrine hydrochloride, pseudoephedrine hydrochloride and methylephedrine hydrochloride were 42.9-92.4, 2.4-57.6, 1.65-26.4 mg-L-1. The average recoveries were 99.7%, 98.4%, 95.6%, precisions of the method were 2.70%, 2.76% and 2.52% (RSD, n = 6). Conclusion: The method is convenient, rapid, accurate for the quality control of Qianbai Biyan Pian.
