摘  要:目的:测定4种基源40批郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Eclipse XDB-C18(4.6mm×150 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-水(60∶40)为流动相,流速1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长210 nm。结果:牻牛儿酮进样量在0.045 8~0.687μg有良好线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率(n=6)为99.2%,牻牛儿酮含量在0.001 26%~0.224%。结论:提供了40批不同基源郁金药材中牻牛儿酮的含量,为科学制定郁金药材的质量标准提供数据支持。Objective: To determinate the content of germacron of 40 batches Curcumae Radix with germacron as control. Method: The amounts of germacron were determinated by RP-HPLC method with Eclipse XDB-C18 (4.6 mm × 150 mm, 5 μm) column as analytical column, 210 nm as detective wavelength, aeetonitrile- water (60:40) as mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1. Result: The standard curve of germaeron was linear in the range of 0. 045 8-0. 687 μg (r =0. 999 9) , and the average recovery (n =6) was 99.2% , the range of germacron was 0. 001 26% -0. 224%. Conclusion: We provide the content of germacron of 40 batches of four species of Curcumae Radix is determined to provide data support for establishing scientific quality control standards.
