苍果喷雾剂预防流感病毒感染162例

摘　　要：目的:了解苍果喷雾剂的预防上呼吸道流感病毒感染作用。方法:将162例自愿受试者随机分为两组。用药组125例采用咽喉部喷用苍果喷雾剂,正常对照组37例以生理盐水口腔喷雾。两组均观察用药14 d和停药7 d之内,是否出现流行性感冒症状的情况。苍果喷雾剂口腔喷雾给药,每次对准咽喉部喷药2喷/次,6次/d,连续用药14 d。结果:用药组发病率5.83%明显低于对照组27.03%(P<0.01)。结论:苍果喷雾剂对于预防上呼吸道流感病毒感染有显著的效果。Objective： To observe the prevention action of Cangguo spray on upper respiratory tract influenza virus infection. Method： Volunteers of 162 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group with 125 cases was treated with Cangguo spray, and control group with 37 cases was treated with normal saline spray. Whether there were the cases of influenza symptoms was observed in eath group during 14 days of treatment and 7 days of withdrawal. Result： Incidence of influenza symptoms in treatment group was significantly lower than that in control group （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion： T Cangguo spray has a significant effect on upper respiratory tract influenza virus infection.
