远程物流管理在太钢矿业信息系统中的应用

摘　　要：太原钢铁集团矿业分公司下属矿山工厂大都分布在不同的地区,并且按照属地纳税,各类物资供应又必须由公司本部集中采购。针对这一物资供应的特殊性,2009年,我们应用ERP套装软件SAP矿业版解决方案的远程物流功能,并经二次开发,不仅在采购物资需求计划的生成、上报、汇总、审批、采购、收货和远程调拨、库存属地分散管理、属地纳税制度的执行等流程上实现了集中和精细化管理,同时也为流程各环节的信息跟踪提供了很好的数据平台,有效地推进了公司采购流程的集中化管理进程。Mining factories affiliated with Taisteel＇ s Mining Co. of Taiyuan Iron ＆ Steel （Group） Co., Ltd. are distributed in different regions. And according to local tax, the supply of all kinds of ma- terials must be centralized purchasing by the company home office. In order to adapt to this particular way of material supply, in 2009, we applied the remote logistics function of ERP software package SAP （mining edition） , and after twice development, to realize the centralized and fine management of the procurement planning of materials in the processes such as generation, report, summary, examina- tion and approval, purchase, delivery and remote allocation, inventory territorial dispersion manage- ment of local tax system. A good data platform to trace each link information is provided as well which effectively promote centralized management process of the company procurement.
