摘 要:电网故障诊断完全解析模型在对故障诊断规则进行解析的过程中,完整保留了电网元件、保护动作和断路器跳闸之间的逻辑关系,有很好的容错能力和应用前景。文中基于IEC 61850标准,提出一种利用变电站系统配置描述文件(SCD)构建电网故障诊断完全解析模型的方法。该方法通过解析变电站系统配置描述文件,获取系统元件的保护配置信息和保护动作与断路器跳闸的逻辑关系,再结合电网拓扑信息,可在线生成电网故障诊断的完全解析模型。最后,通过一个复杂故障的诊断算例证明了该建模方法的可行性,可望用于在线故障诊断。Complete reserving logic relations between the fault elements and act of protective relays/circuit breakers trip largely contributes perfect error-tolerance ability and application prospect when complete analytic model(CAM) for power systems fault diagnosis(PSFD) is in analysis process of fault diagnosis rules. In this paper, based on IEC 61850 standard a constructing method of CAM for PSFD which uses substation configuration description (SCD) file of substation system is presented. The protection configuration information of devices and the logical relationships between act of protective relays and circuit breakers trip can be acquired with analyzing SCD file, and CAM for PSFD may on-line form by combining the topology information. Finally, the feasibility of the modeling method as well as CAM itself are verified with a complex fault diagnosis example, and the modeling method presented in the paper is expected to apply to on line fault diagnosis of power systems.
