部队两地生活探亲夫妇节育现况分析

摘　　要：采用流行病学方法对1997年10月～1998年2月来部队探亲的6117对育龄夫妇节育现状进行了调查。结果表明:探亲夫妇在婚后、产后、本次探亲选择自控性短效节育方法分别为98.37％、73.98％、51.32％,其中男性避孕套的使用具有良好的可接受性。在三个不同时期使用率分别为65.92％、40.68％、17.25％。随着生育过程的完成以及两地生活时间的延长,宫内节育器使用逐渐占有优势,本次探亲中使用率占48.22％,在其它节育方法中阴道避孕膜(栓)、长效口服避孕药、阴道环以较高的使用满意率和有效率、较低的副作用发生率受到探亲夫妇的欢迎,有良好的应用前景。6123 reproductive - aged Couples of visiting armymen were investigated on their contraception status by the epidemiologic method within five months from October, 1997 to February, 1998. After marriage, men had strongly contraceptive consciousness, accounting for 73. 2%, while after parturition, women had an apparent increase in participating of contraception, accounting for 53. 5%. 76. 15% subjects of these study was contraceptive during this time of visiting. Compared with 48. 68% of couples choosing non -self controlled long -acting method at the present stage, 98. 37% of these visiting couples chose self- controlled short -effect contraceptive method. The main choice of short and long - acting method was male condom and in-trauterine contraceptive device respectively. The continuation rate of diaphragm, oral long - acting contraceptive and vaginal ring were increased gradually with three stages of post -marriage, post -parturition and the present. These methods were welcome to the visiting couples due to their high satisfaction rate. Effectiveness and low side-acting rates effargood prospects for the application.
