银质针斜透刺次髎穴为主治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察银质针斜透刺次髎为主治疗腰椎管狭窄症的临床疗效。方法将64例腰椎管狭窄症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组32例。治疗组采用银质针透刺次髎为主针灸治疗,对照组采用常规温针治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗评分差异。结果治疗组总有效率为93.8%,对照组为73.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后腰椎日本骨科协会评估治疗评分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论银质针斜透刺次髎穴为主是一种治疗退行性腰椎管狭窄症的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of penetrating Ciliao （BL 32） with silver needle predominantly for degenerative lumbar spinal stenosis （DLPS）. Method Sixty-four patients with DLPS were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 32 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture treatment majorly by penetrating Ciliao （BL 32） with silver needle, and the control group was intervened by warm-needling therapy. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. Result The total effective rate was 93.8% in the treatment group versus 73.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. In comparing the Japanese Orthopaedic Association （JOA） scores of lumbar vertebrae between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, the results were significantly different （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Penetrating Ciliao （BL 32） with silver needle is an effective approach in treating DLPS.
