电针配合重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察电针配合重灸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法将60例腰椎间盘突出症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用电针配合重灸治疗,对照组采用单纯电针治疗,观察比较两组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为96.7%,对照组为83.3%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组下降较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。结论电针配合重灸是一种治疗腰椎间盘突出症的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical effect of electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion in treating lumbar intervertebral disc herniation （LIDH）. Method Sixty patients with LIDH were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 30 in each. The treatment group was intervened by electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion, and the control group only received electroacupuncture treatment. The therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups. ResuR The total effective rate was 96.7% in the treatment group versus 83.3% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the VAS scores were markedly different from that before the treatment in the same group （P〈0.05）, and the result in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Electroacupuncture plus large-dose moxibustion is an effective way in treating LIDH.
