摘 要:目的观察电针胃俞募穴对大鼠胃运动的影响,并探讨其中枢作用机制。方法选用成年SD大鼠32只,随机分为空白组、中脘组、胃俞组、中脘+胃俞组,每组8只。采用自制应力传感器记录各组大鼠胃窦部胃运动波形,并应用免疫组织化学染色的方法,检测迷走背核复合体(dorsal vagal complex,DVC)中原癌基因c-fos的表达。结果与空白组比较,其余各组DVC中c-fos表达及胃运动幅度均明显增加(均P<0.01),且中脘+胃俞组c-fos表达及胃运动幅度的提高与胃俞组和中脘组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论电针胃俞募穴对胃运动具有调节作用,这种调节作用可能是通过激活延髓DVC区神经元实现的,且俞募配穴具有协同效应。Objective To investigate the effect of electroacupuncture at point Weishu and Front,Mu points on rat gastric motility and explore the mechanism of its central action. Method Thirty-two adult SD rats were randomlY allocated to blank, Zhongwan, Weishu and Zhongwan plus Weishu groups, 8 rats each. Gastric motility waveforms were recorded using a self-made strain transducer in different groups of rats. The expression of proto oncogene c-los in the dorsal vagat complex was examined by. Result Compared with the blank group, DVC expression of c-los and gastric motility amplitude increased significantly in the other groups (all P〈0.01). There were statistically significant differences in increases in c-los expression and gastric motility amplitude between Zhongwan plus Weishu group and Weishu group or Zhongwan group (both P〈0.05). conclusion Electroacupuncture at point Weishu and Front-Mu points has a regulating effect on gastric motility. This regulating effect is achieved by activating neurons in bulbar DVC area. Baek-Shu-Front-Mu point combination has a synergistic effect.
