区际产业转移与承接地自主创新:机理分析与实证研究

摘　　要：在梳理相关文献的基础上,深入研究区际产业转移与承接地自主创新之间的内在机理,通过相关模型对安徽地区2004—2009年面板数据进行实证检验。结果表明,在承接产业转移中,承接地通过模仿、竞争和合作等途径方式产生技术研发溢出,提升本地区自主创新能力。利用区际产业转移提升承接地自主创新能力,关键是要注重自身的消化吸收能力和研发能力;同时应加大研发资金和人力资本投入,注重自主创新的内生性。Based on the related research literature, the paper deeply analyses the influence mechanism between regional industrial transfer and its transferred regional independent innovation. An empirical test is carried out by using proper model and Anhui provincial regional panel data during 2004 and 2009. It shows that the spitlover effect on regional independent innovation of regional industrial transfer is in existence, However, the influence on independent innovation of different tech nical level is larger different. It is suggested that in order to improve independent innovation ability through regional indus trial transfer, the region should emphasize the technical absorb ability and independent R＆D ability, increase the invest ment in human capital and R＆D and emphasize the endogenous of independent innovation.
