摘　　要：以2005—2009年中国科技论文与引文数据库(CSTPCD)的数据为依据,通过对国家自然科学基金资助产出医药卫生论文的学科分布、论文关键词频次分析,及其地区分布、机构分布和高产作者情况等方面的文献计量分析,揭示了国家自然科学基金资助产出医药卫生论文的情况和存在的问题。Based on the database from Chinese scientific ＆ technical papers and citations （CSTPCD）, this article analyzes the medical papers sponsored by National Natural Science foundation of China （NSFC） from 2005 to 2009. The distributions of subjects , regions and institutions and high frequency key words are calculated by the method of literature metrology to reveal the current situation and problems of medical papers sponsored by NSFC.
