摘　　要：前苏联的科学经受了诸多的苦难。在斯大林时期,科学遭受严重摧残,但是,由于国家对科学的巨大投入,前苏联的科学仍然取得了辉煌成就。前苏联解体后,科学在民主、自由的俄罗斯却迅速衰落。苏联-俄罗斯科学发展的历史证明,经费比自由更为重要。The development of science suffered a lot during the Soviet Union period. During the period when Stalin was in power, science was impeded. However, due to the tremendous national investment, the development of science during Soviet Union period still made a glorious achievement. After the collapse of the Soviet Union, the development of science in the more democratic and liberal Russia was in a depression. The history of the development of science in Soviet Union -Russia proved that appropriation is more important than liberty.
