摘  要:以Ф114.3 mm整体式方钻杆旋塞阀为例,采用CFD软件对其速度场和压力场进行数值模拟研究,以揭示流场的速度和压力分布,弄清流体在球阀关闭过程中的变化规律。建模时采用有限体积法对控制方程进行离散,用Quick格式处理对流项,压力修正采用二阶格式,方程组的求解采用分离求解和Simple算法。研究结果表明,旋钮水平面处的作用力存在3 MPa差异,增加了该处的疲劳损坏,使得裂纹沿水平面扩展;方钻杆旋塞阀的失效形式均与流场数值模拟计算结果一致,说明流场数值模拟结果是正确的。With the Ф114.3 mm integral kelly cock valve as the example, the CFD software was adopted to con- duct a numerical simulation research on its velocity field and pressure field so as to reveal the velocity and pressure distribution of the flow field and clarify the variation law of fluid in the process of ball valve closing. In modeling the finite volume method was used to diseretize the governing equation and the QUICK scheme was applied to deal with the convection term. The second order form was adopted to correct pressure and the separating solution algorithm and the SIMPLE algorithm were adopted to solve the equations. The findings show that there is a 3 MPa difference with the acting force on the knob level, thus increasing the fatigue and damage of the place and making the crack expand along the level. The failure form of the kelly cock valve is in agreement with the numerical simulation calculation of the flow field, which indicates the correctness of the numerical simulation of the flow field.
