摘  要:悬臂梁的强度直接关系到海洋作业平台的安全。应用有限元软件ANSYS对悬臂梁进行了有限元建模分析,得到了悬臂梁的位移和应力分布云图,指出了其应力较大部位;在平台建造码头对悬臂梁进行了现场强度测试试验,并将有限元的计算结果与实际测试结果进行了比较分析。分析结果表明,有限元分析结果与实际测试结果比较接近,两者得到的应力规律基本一致;2种工况下最危险点应力值都小于悬臂梁的许用应力,满足强度要求。The strength of cantilever beam is directly related to the safety of offshore operating platform. The ANSYS software was applied to conduct a finite element modeling analysis of the beam to obtain the nephogram of the beam displacement and stress distribution as well as the position with considerable stress. The dock was built at the platform to conduct a field strength testing of the beam and a comparative analysis of the finite element calculation result and the actual testing result was carried out. The analysis shows that the finite element analysis result is close to the actual testing result and the stress laws obtained by both of them are basically in agreement with each other. In both operating conditions the stress value of the most dangerous point is less than the allowable stress of the beam, thus satisfying the strength requirement.
