低碳经济背景下农村土地资源开发与利用研究

摘　　要：随着全球能源消费的剧增,全球气候变化面临严峻挑战,发展低碳经济,促进农村土地资源的低碳化开发与利用是社会主义新农村建设的新思路。低碳经济背景下的农村土地资源开发与利用包含着对传统土地资源开发与利用模式的改变和对低碳经济土地资源利用模式的探索。文章基于低碳经济的视角分析了农村土地开发与利用的问题,探索了实行低碳经济农村土地开发的可行性,提出了在低碳经济背景下农村土地资源开发与利用的相关对策。With the global energy consumption has soared in the climate change is facing serious challenges, the development of low carbon economy, promoting the rural land resources development and utilization of low carbon is the socialism new rural construction of new ideas. A low carbon economy under the background of the development and utilization of resources of rural land contains a kind of traditional development and utilization of land resources, the patterns of change and to a low carbon economy land resources utilization mode exploration. This paper is based on the low carbon economy the perspective of the development and utilization of the rural land problem, explores the implement a low carbon economy development of rural land, the feasibility of the proposed in a low carbon economy under the background of the rural land resource develonment and utilization related countermeasures.
