浙江舟山海洋水产业集群竞争力影响因素研究

摘　　要：发展海洋经济已成为我国重要的经济发展战略。浙江舟山是首个以海洋经济为主题的国家战略层次新区和我国最大的海洋水产基地,其水产品企业集聚使得水产业集群成为舟山重要的产业支柱。构建水产业集群竞争力影响因素评价指标体系,运用层次分析法对舟山水产业集群竞争力各影响因素进行赋权,并对其重要性进行评价排序及分类分析。进一步利用影响因素量化分析结果,对舟山水产业集群发展策略进行SWOT矩阵分析,进而探寻到舟山水产业集群的适合策略为"扭转型策略"。The development of marine economy has played an important role in the strategy of economy development of China. Zhejiang Zhoushan is the very first national strategic district with a feature of marine economy and China＇s biggest marine products base, which makes aquaculture an important industry in Zhoushan by gathering lots of aquaculture enterprises. This article constructs evaluating indicator system of influence factors on cluster competency of aquaculture industry, and then weights these factors by Analytic hierarchy Process, as well as evaluates order, classify and analyze their significance. Moreover, it runs a SWOT matrix analysis on cluster development strategy of Zhoushan Aquaculture Industry by quantization analysis result of these factors. It finally found that Turnaround Strategy is the best for Zhoushan Aquaculture Cluster.
