摘　　要：本文通过探讨国内一些地区推进"创新驿站"技术转移模式建设的成果,提出一种新型的区域协同创新机制,即构建包括研究型大学、技术中介机构、中小企业以及政府"四位一体"的区域协同创新体系。与产学研合作等其他模式相比,该模式能够统筹四大主体的资源,充分发挥各主体的优势,适应我国加快推进自主创新体系建设的要求。最后,本文结合英国和印度两国的案例比较分析实施这一方案的可行性与有效性。The achievement for promoting technology transfer pattern of innovation relay center in some domestic areas is discussed, and then a new regional collaborative innovation mechanism that should be built is proposed, hamely a regional collaborative innovation system includes research universities, technology intermediaries, SMEs, and government. Comparing with other patterns like university - industry cooperation, it could coordinate the overall resources and exploit the advantages of each subject, in order to meet the requi ments for accelerating the construction of China＇ s independent innovation system. In the end, the feasibility and effectiveness of this solution is further demonstrated by the comparative analysis of the eases between Britain and India.
