摘　　要：企业通过科技跟踪,可以了解相关科技领域的现状及发展趋势,有助于企业技术战略的制定和实施。针对中国企业科技跟踪实施成功率低的现状,本文探索构建企业科技跟踪关键成功因素的分析框架,用于指导中国企业的科技跟踪实践。首先,通过对国外科技跟踪关键成功因素研究的结构性梳理,形成本文的研究假设及企业科技跟踪关键成功因素的分析维度。随后,在电子信息行业选取4家具有科技跟踪实践的典型企业,采用跨案例比较的研究方法,对企业科技跟踪关键成功因素进行识别和分析。最后,在跨案例比较研究的基础上,构建企业科技跟踪关键成功因素的分析模型。Firms are able to understand their technology environments through Science and Technology （S＆T） tracking, and a success S＆T tracking could improve the formulation and implementation of firm technology strategy. Facing with the situation that the success rate of Chinese enterprises＇ S＆T tracking is low, an analysis framework of key success factors in firms＇ S＆T tracking for guiding firms S＆T tracking practices is explored. First, through a literature review of related researches, the analysis dimension and related hypothesis are proposed. And then, a cross - case comparison of four typical enterprises to identify the key suc- cess factors of S＆T tracking in China. Finally, an analysis framework of key success factors for S＆T tracking is constructed.
