低分子右旋糖酐对甘露醇注射液在家兔体内药动学的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨低分子右旋糖酐对甘露醇注射液在家兔体内的药代动力学影响。方法用衍生化气相色谱法测定甘露醇注射液单用组和复方低分子右旋糖酐组甘露醇在家兔体内的血药质量浓度,比较两者的药动学参数。结果 2组的主要药动学参数差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论两药合用时,低分子右旋糖酐对甘露醇注射液在家兔体内的药代动力学没有显著影响。Objective To study effect of Low Molecular Dextran on the pharmacokinetics of Mannitol Injection in rabbits.Method The rabbits were divided into two groups：one was administrated with Mannitol Injection individually and the other was administrated with Compound Dextran 40 Injection.Plasma concentrations of mannitol of two groups were detected by GC.The pharmacokinetic parameters were calculated and statistically analyzed.Result There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.Conclusion There was no obvious interaction of pharmacokinetics when the two drugs were used together.
