摘　　要：目的对门冬氨酸洛美沙星氯化钠注射液制备工艺进行研究,寻找最佳制备工艺,提高产品稳定性。方法对渗透压、活性炭用量、pH值、灭菌条件进行了筛选,并考察了制剂的稳定性。结果通过处方工艺筛选研究和影响因素实验,确定了最佳处方和制备工艺。结论该处方工艺能生产出质量合格的产品。Objective To study the preparation technique of Lomefloxacin Aspartate and Sodium Chloride Injection,and to find the best preparation process to improve product stability.Method In the experiment,the osmotic pressure,activated carbon ammount,pH value,and sterilization conditions were screened while the stability of the preparation was used as the index.Results The optimum prescription and preparation process were determined.Conclusion The prescription and production process could be used to produce the product.
